in welcoming you, we would like to point out the main information you should know about our hotel.
RECEPTION
Open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

BREAKFAST
Rich breakfast buffet served from 7:30 to 10:00 am.
If not included, the cost is € 10.00 per person.
RESTAURANT
Open from 12:30 am to 2:00 pm with an à la carte menu for lunch.
Open from 7:00 to 9:00 pm for dinner. If not included in the stay, the cost of half board is € 25.00 per person, drinks not included. The baby menu costs € 16.00.
ROOM
The minibar is filled only on request.
If there are animals in the room, please inform the reception of the cleaning times.
Loss or damage to the magnetic key will result in a charge of € 5.00.
PROHIBITIONS IN THE ROOM
Use white towels for the wellness area;
Bring skis, ski boots or snowboards and/or bicycles. Our facility has a special area for storing equipment (for information, contact Reception);
Bringing animals without the consent of the Hotel management;
Smoking (in case of violation the management reserves the right to also evaluate the interruption of the stay with the removal from the hotel);
Use stoves in the room to prepare food or drinks, irons and any other electrical or heat-producing appliance (excluding ordinary appliances).
WELLNESS
The pool area is open every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and is accessible without age restrictions. A swimming cap is not necessary.
The SPA is open from 2:00 to 8:00 pm and access is reserved for those over 16 years of age.
If not included in the stay, the price is € 15.00 per person (€ 10.00 for children up to 15 years of age).
REGULATION
Diving, running and making noise are prohibited (especially inside the SPA).
Inside the cabins it is mandatory to access with a towel, without a swimsuit.
Only people over 16 years of age and those who do not suffer from heart problems are allowed inside the cabins.
We remind our kind customers that those who do not comply with the rules will be removed from the center.
It is possible to book treatments and massages at the Beauty Center during the indicated times (subject to availability). The prices are shown on the relevant price list.
